Down here in South Georgia, we're fully into autumn color. This is my favorite fall photograph, taken from the banks of the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta, which is past its peak now. But it was more glorious that usual, breathtakingly so, to a girl used to a more subdued seasonal changing.
